The spatula size you choose will depend on the diameter of your plate:
- ⌀ 35 cm: 20 cm spatula
- ⌀ 40 cm: 30 cm spatula
- ⌀ 48 cm: 35 cm spatula
Wash the wooden spatula with clean water before using it for the first time, and then after each use.
