Wooden crepe spatula
The spatula, or “spanell”.
It is a must-have utensil for making nice round thin crepes on the plate of your crepe maker. You use the spatula to flip the crepes during cooking and to fold them once cooked and filled.
The spatula size you choose will depend on the diameter of your plate.
The bigger the plate, the longer the spatula required.

The spatula size you choose will depend on the diameter of your plate:
- ⌀ 35 cm: 20 cm spatula
- ⌀ 40 cm: 30 cm spatula
- ⌀ 48 cm: 35 cm spatula
Wash the wooden spatula with clean water before using it for the first time, and then after each use.
