Our Privacy Statement aims at informing you of the methods regarding the collection, use and sharing of the information that you may be required to communicate to Krampouz through the website www.krampouz.com (hereafter the “Website”). II. Personal data processed

Categories of data processed

Personal data enable to identify a person directly or indirectly. The information collected enables us to provide you with a quality service when answering your requests for estimates and orders. The data in question are related to:

-your identity: your surname, first name, title, postal and email address, telephone number.
– our business relations: your purchase history, delivery and billing information, payment methods, messages sent via our website and to our customer services department.
– the use of the website: your IP address; the geographic location of your device; the type of device; the browser used; the operating system; the browser’s language; the dates, times and duration of connection; the pages visited, the authentication data collected using a session cookie.

Source of data

All personal data about you are collected directly from you. When collecting the data, Krampouz informs you whether such information is essential or not, along with the purpose of the collection and the rights available to you.

III. Purposes of the processing

In order to perform and improve the services that we offer to you, we are required to collect and record personal data to be processed for the following purposes:

  • Online sales service: we are required to collect personal data from our customers, which are essential for processing estimates and orders, such as: title, surname, first name, delivery and billing addresses, email address, telephone number. Fields of the form with an asterisk must be completed in order to use the service.
  • Sending newsletters, based on the customer’s or internet user’s consent to receive this type of communication.
  • Statistics and analysis of browsing and purchase habits on the website, based on the customer’s or internet user’s consent to the use and storing of audience measurement cookies.

When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time. Go to your customer account, at the “My Consent” section, to manage the different types of consent.

IV. Recipients of your data

The recipients of your data are the company KRAMPOUZ and the service providers authorised to process your data, according to their respective requirements.

Such data may be communicated to contractual service providers for managing your purchases (e.g.: a carrier).

Krampouz is required to work with business partners in particular for hosting the website and sending emails. For this purpose, the partners may have access to some personal data. Our partners meet with confidentiality requirements. Krampouz will never transfer or disclose your personal data to firms whose purpose consists in canvassing.

Such communication complies with the strict application of the regulations in force related to personal data.

V. Period of conservation of data

Your personal data are kept for as long as required for completing the purpose sought upon their collection. The identification data of the customers (name, address, telephone number, etc.) are kept for 3 years as from the last interaction. Some data may be kept for a longer period in relation to legal obligations, legal statute of limitations periods applicable or recommendations from the CNIL (French Data Protection Agency).

VI. Safety and confidentiality of data

Krampouz ensures the safety and confidentiality of the personal data communicated to it.

The website and your personal data are hosted by a specialist service provider in France, meeting with the Tiers III+ certification. Bank data are collected exclusively by our bank operator and are not stored by Krampouz.

VII. Your rights

You have a right to access, rectify, object to, erase, limit and request the portability of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We undertake to process your request within one month as from its receipt. If the nature of your request leads us to extend this response time, you will be informed of this by email.

The use of this right enables you to know how we process the data about you and to obtain a copy. This also enables you to monitor the accuracy of the data. Right to rectify

Digital Will

You are entitled to define the instructions related to the outcome of your personal data after your death. These instructions may be amended at any time. Where no instructions have been given, the heirs of a deceased person may use the latter’s rights.
