Vegetable & st jacques scallops on bread by Olivier Bellin

  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 tomatoes grind can
  • 50 grammes of parmesan cheese
  • 100 grammes of parma ham shaving
  • Olive oil
  • Salt,
  • Pepper
  • Basil
Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

– Preheat your griddle plate to medium thermostat.

– Cut the aubergine in 4 thick slice and apply olive oil on each side of them. Cook 2 to 3 min on each side on the griddle plate.

– Snack the scallops on the gridlle plate 1 to 2 min on each side.

– Spread tomatoes on the aubergine slices.

– The arrange on each aubergine slice : 3 saint jacques scallops, slices of parma ham, parmesan cheese and basil.

– Baste with a drop of olive oil and add salt & peper.
