Strawberries with balsamic vinegar and vanilla ice cream

  • 500 g of strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Vanilla ice cream
Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

– Wash and hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters.

-Put your griddle to heat to 200°C and then spray olive oil.

-Put the strawberries on the griddle and brown them.

-Once they start loosing slighly their bright red, they are ready.

-Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and mix well.

-If strawberries are not sweet enough, add the sugar.

-Serve in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

– Serve immediately.
