  • 350 g of raw shrimps
  • 250 g yellow Pollack fillets or white fish with firm flesh
  • 250g of scallops
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 250g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lime
  • 2 pink Roscoff onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt of Guerande
  • Ground black pepper
Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

– Wash and dry seafood and vegetables.

– Cut the squids into slices. Peel the shrimp and remove the black hose. Cut the fish fillet into strips.

– Cut the fennel into big thick slices. Cut tomatoes in 2. Cut the lemon into slices. Slice the onions. Chop the garlic.

– Cook on the scallops, shrimps, squids, fennel, onions and lime together for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic and mix the ingredients.

– Add fish strips, sear each side. Leave all the ingredients cook for 2 or 3 minutes. At the last moment, add tomatoes, baby spinach, olive oil, 2 pinches of salt and 2 grinds of pepper. Gently mix all ingredients.
