Scallops and sheep’s cheese skewers

  • 12 slices of sheep’s cheese
  • A pinch of Espelette chilli pepper
  • Chives
Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

Dry the scallops and thread them onto a wooden skewer

– Cook them on a high heat on the plancha for 3 minutes on each side, until brown.

– Top each scallop with a slice of sheep’s cheese Leave to melt slightly and sprinkle with Espelette chili.

– Garnish with chives.

– Serve immediately


You can also make a sauce to go with your lightly grilled scallops. Put some pouring cream and cheese and a few drops of white balsamic vinegar in a pan. Warm gently and serve.
