Pears and chocolate crepes

  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of buckwheat flour
  • 100 to 125 g of sugar depending on your taste
  • 10 cl of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse salt
  • 1 vanilla sugar sachet or another flavour
  • 25 g of melted butter or one teaspoon of oil
  • 500 g of black chocolate
  • 2 or 4 pears depending on the size of fruits
  • 1/2 liter of semi-skimmed milk

Preparing the batter

– Put the sugar, buckwheat flour, melted butter or oil, pistachio paste, water, rock salt, flavored sugar and eggs into a bowl.

– Beat the mixture and gradually add the wheat flour and half a glass of milk. You should obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.

– Add the rest of the milk.

Leave to stand for about an hour before cooking

Garnish preparation

– Cut the black chocolate into small pieces. Then, melt it into bain-marie.

– Coat the crepes with melted chocolate and arrange the pears into slices.

You can decorate your crepes with mint leaves, grated coconut or candied fruits…
