Langoustines on bacon slices

  • 24 big langoustines
  • 24 thin smoked bacon slices
  • Pepper
Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

-Rinse the langoustines with fresh water. To open them, planting the knife head side at eye level and get to the tail. Open them but do not separate into 2 parts.

-Cook on the griddle side shell for 4 min, add pepper.

-Put on the meat of langoustine a slice of bacon. Return them gently with a spatula and cook them on the slice of bacon for 4 min.

-Serve with langoustines adorned with slices of bacon.
