Grilled Entrecôte and vegetables by Olivier Bellin

  • Rib-eye steak 250 grammes
  • Sea salt
  • Peper
  • Oil
  • Vegetables: courgettes, carots, aspargus, aubergines
Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

– Chop vegetables into thick slices.

– Spread some oil on both sides of the meat before cooking.

– Prepare a brine by simply adding salt to water.

– Preheat the Authentic Grill up to 250°C.

– Put the meat on the grill to cook.

– While cooking, baste the steak with the brine on both sides. The meat will stay tender and well-seasonned..

– When the rib-eye steak is perfectly cooked to your liking, move it to a plate to rest for a few minutes.


– In the meantime, put vegetables on the grill and let them cook for a couple of minutes on each side.

– When the vegetables are cooked, withdraw them from the grill and seasonned them with salt and peper.

– You can then portion the meat and serve it with the grilled vegetables.
