  • 12 slices of chorizo
  • 12 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt, pepper


Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

– Cut your breasts in 2 then each half into four equal pieces.

– Heat the griddle to 280 ° C and put the duck, skin side.

– Cook until the fat melts and browns the skin well.

– Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.

– Remove the duck of the plancha and wrap with the chorizo pricked with the sprigs of fresh thyme.

– Keep cooking during 1 minute, until the chorizo is seized property.

– Serve immediately.
