Breton parilla of fishes ans sellfishes

  • 2 tuna pavers
  • 1 beautiful wild salmon fillet
  • 6 mullet fillets or 6 pieces of sea bream fillets
  • 2 bar or pollack fillets
  • 12 mussels
  • 12 clams
  •  2 fennel bulbs
  •  1 lemon
  •  1 lime
  •  Salt of Guerande
  •  Ground black pepper
Recipe realized with the follow Krampouz product :

– Cut the fennel into quarters lengthwise. Cut the lemons into quarters.

– Wash the shells and drain. Wash fish and dry immediately with paper towels .

– Cut the pavers tuna, salmon fillet, pollock fillets into 6 pieces .

– Put the shells, fennels, lemons and fish to cook on the plancha starting with the thicker. Counting 8 to 10 minutes of cooking. Salt and pepper.

– Serve the beautifully prepared ingredients in a large dish and accompanied by various sauces.
