How do I change my contact details/email address ?
To change your contact details or email address just click on “sign in” in the top right-hand corner of the Krampouz website. You can change your contact details in the section marked “my personal details”.
How do we handle personal data ?
Krampouz will keep the information that you give us strictly confidential. Your contact details are used for order management and the promotion of Krampouz products. In compliance with the French data protection bill of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and modify your personal data held in our database. You may access, view, modify, rectify or delete the data you have provided.

Deliveries are made to collection points, by parcel service, mail service or special transporter.
For crepe makers, planchas, waffle makers, grills etc. delivery is usually made within approx. 10 open days.
For larger items such as trolleys and furniture, allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
These delivery times are for information only. Exact delivery times will be confirmed when we receive your order.
We will dispatch your order once full payment has been made (check, credit card etc.)
If you notice a problem with your order on delivery, mention your reservations (with details of damage) on the transporter’s delivery note. The transporter should be notified of any damage made in transit by registered letter, within 24 hours of delivery.
Please follow the steps below:
1/ OPEN THE PACKAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE TRANSPORTER BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY NOTE.
2/ COUNT THE PARCELS AND CHECK THEIR CONDITION BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES.
3/ MARK YOUR RESERVATIONS ON THE DELIVERY NOTE IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING AND REFUSE THE DELIVERY
4/ KRAMPOUZ CANNOT REFUND OR REPLACE DAMAGED GOODS IF THE DELIVERY NOTE CONTAINS NO RESERVATIONS.
If goods transit via an airport, they should be checked when handed over by the airline.
Then follow the procedure described in step 3 above.
